The Monster Nursery turns two! It was two years ago on October 1, 2005 that the Monster Nursery officially made it’s debut as a business! It has been a busy year an lots of monsters have been adopted and many of you have become Proud Monster Parents too! The Monster Nursery would not be what it is today without everyone who has adopted a monster, told someone about us, or help out in so many other ways.

 

We have had some amazing adventures this year and the monsters have had a blast.  

 

There is one person that I would like to thank personally, because without him, this site would not exist the way it does now and even possibly not exist at all. I would like to thank my wonderful husband who believed in the monsters (and the monster-maker!) from the beginning, freely giving his time and energy to becoming my webmaster, assistant monster-maker, business advisor, tech support, and the proudest monster parent of them all (not to mention *always* being more than willing to take in the ‘special’ monsters who don’t make it to the adoption site). Because of him, the monsters have advanced and evolved into what they are today and what they will be in the future. Thank you, sweetheart. I love you so much!

There are so many other people who have contributed that it would be impossible for me to thank everyone individually without leaving someone out, so instead I will do a giant shout out to everyone – THANK YOU! Here’s to another year of new monsters!
