Once the portrait is finished and approved by you (online or in person), it will be finished and ready to go home with you! The final payment is due when you pick up the finished portrait, or before the portrait is shipped. I will do everything in my power to make sure that your experience is a positive one, and that your portrait is exactly what you want. Once you have the finished portrait, you have 3 days to contact me if it is not to your liking to send it back to make changes, or get a refund if something cannot be worked out. After 3 days, your 50% deposit is no longer refundable, and each refund is on a case by case basis.
Custom framing for the finished portrait is not included in the prices below, but can be added to the total if desired.
